Twenty years in the trade
Top Flight Painting is owned and run by Joe, a commercial painter with 20 years in the trade. He built his career on commercial job sites, painting hospitals, tilt-up warehouses, bank branches, retail stores, libraries, and offices, with residential repaints on the side.
From there Joe moved into disaster restoration, first as the painter on restoration crews and then into the office as a project manager. That work taught him how restoration jobs run, from working to the approved scope agreed by the estimator and adjuster to coordinating with the other trades, and how much it matters to a homeowner or business that the repair disappears.
He founded Top Flight Painting to bring that experience together under one company. Today Top Flight serves restoration companies, property managers (thousands of apartment units to date), builders and remodelers, commercial clients, and homeowners, from single rooms to large custom homes.
We are a locally owned and operated company. Clients work directly with the owner, who is accountable for every project.
